What is included in the rate for a luxury apartment suite?
It normally includes Wi-Fi, amenities, and services such as housekeeping and access to facilities like a gym or coworking spaces (depending on the plan booked).
Do you have parking? How does it work and how much does it cost?
Some properties offer limited parking subject to availability, so it is recommended to request it when booking; rates vary per day.
Are you pet-friendly? Is there an additional fee?
In several pet-friendly buildings, pets (sometimes only small ones) are allowed with certain conditions and/or an additional charge; please confirm the exact policy before your arrival.
What is the cancellation and reservation change policy?
Many rates allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival; after that, a one-night charge or specific conditions may apply depending on the rate.
